The problem

The 2024+ bulk-sender rules turned deliverability into a hard technical checklist, and Outlook now rejects non-compliant bulk mail outright. Small senders have no specialist to set it up, and DNS quietly drifts afterwards when an agency edits a record or an ESP rotates a key.

The approach

One scan reads the public DNS and a delivered message, scores the domain against each provider's published requirements, and gives the exact record to paste. Monitored domains are then re-scanned daily, diffed against the previous scan, and alerted on when anything changes.
